LOVE this hotel and will definitely be back.

LOVED my room! This is a beautiful hotel that is close to the action without being in the middle of it. Nallely, at the front desk, was extremely helpful in answering any questions and always had a smile on her face. Her customer service skills were fantastic!

My only complaint is that the rooftop bar and dining area wasn't open. I stayed here two years ago and this was one of the many reasons I returned besides loving the beautiful hotel. Please consider opening up the bar and restaurant again even if it's limited hours. I will definitely be back!!

Comfortable in town stay.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The Location of the hotel is extremely close to the main strip, walkable to restaurants, bus station and shopping area.

Extremely understaffed and resturant was not in operation had to walk about 2 blocks to a sister property for breakfast and was only offered bread and fruit with an additional cost for all other breakfast items.

Good location, spacious room, confortable bed, reasonably clean.

No one was at the reception when we arrived and the door was closed, we were very confused. Passive aggresive customer service. Bad wifi. Small breakfast. Noisy.

Great stay. Just what we needed.

Great hotel, excellent and helpful staff, very comfy beds (not a fan of such big pillows but some people are), good breakfast served in sister-hotel a block away. Room was spacious with a nice layout. Good location if you're walking around town.

It was a noisy area at night - they provide ear plugs but I can't sleep well with those on and the jetlag didnt help. Note that the location specified on Google is a little off and taxis don't always know where this hotel is, so keep in mind it is in Calle 10 Norte Bis, close to Coco Bongo.

Nice room for a short stay in Playa!

Great location near the Main Street of Playa (and we didn’t hear any noise like some of the other comments said). Huge room and big bed. We were able to check in early which was helpful.

The breakfast across at the other property wasn’t worth it for us. It was stinking hot, no airflow and very busy.

The room had a nice size and the interior was in a good shape. The location of the hotel is close to the 5th Avenue but not to noisy.

The room cleaning was not satisfying. The hotel doesn't have a parking lot. The breakfast is not in this hotel. The hotel has no telephone to call for information. It is not possible to enter the hotel, if there is Noone at the reception, sometimes you have to wait outside until someone shows up to open the door.

Pros and cons

It's very modern, everything is new and works amazing ????, Close to the beach and the main street. It is strongly recommended. If I will go back to playa del Carmen, definitely I will come back at this hotel.

He has not parking. It is annoying and risky leave the car outside in the street. You need Coins every day and go to the parking street machine every six hours. In my case I saw a very stupid woman hit my rent car because of she didn't know how to put on the reverse gear. On the other hand, inside of the room there is no privacy if you want to take a shower. Your partner is looking you meanwhile. For me was very sexy experience but maybe it is not nice for everyone.

Wonderful

Very clean and spacious room at the center of PDC. 1 minute away of the pedestrian strip and around 10 minutes from the Maya arc and port to Cozumel. The staff is very polite and helpful. The pool at the rooftop is small but nice. You can ask at the reception for various excursion packages

The hotel is very close to the clubs/bars strip and especially Coco Bongo club, which for some people may be noisy.it was not very annoying for us, and the hotel provides earplugs. The breakfast is served in Kayak Sol, 3 minutes walk from Luna. The breakfast is nice but, it is not a buffet, there are limited options you can choose from. Although there is a small balkoni, there is nowhere to put your wet towels/swimwear to dry.

The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the location was great.

The rooms were not cleaned well, no vacuuming, and you have to request cleaning at the reception. The breakfast is ok but not a lot to choose from, and is served at the rooftop.

Very Good

The property was great close to EVERYTHING. Everything we had planned was within walking distance to the hotel. Coco Bongo was near by and I barely heard the music or people’s. The hotel also provided ear plugs. I actually liked that you had to request the room to be cleaned so people wouldn’t just be coming in on their own while away. The included breakfast was limited but very fresh and refreshing. We only got to experience it 1 out of the 4 days we stayed.

I didn’t like that the rooms were not equipped with mini fridges or microwaves. So it’s impossible to save food from restaurants etc. The rooms come with a mini color in it but it barely kept anything cold.

Not ideal for kids, but great for young groups.

Nice clean place with pool on terasse. Breakfast was nice, not bufet but choice from french toast, eggs and mexican. Including fruit plate. Location in the city centre.

For breakfast you need to go to another hotel, which is just 100m away, but still a little uncomfortable. For cleaning service you need to ask every day. Noise from Coco Bongo between midnight and 3am, we knew about that from reviews, so no complain.
